ANIMALS

Upon purchase of a full-fare ticket, you can travel with one single pet, provided that they are not belonging to wild species of proven and notorius danger, and that they are carried in a special cage or basket, whose size must not exceed 40x30x25, so as to be placed at the foot of the adjacent seat, and not on the seat, and to prevent that they might move inside the vehicle.

The above does not apply to guide dogs for the blind, which are always admitted free of charge, provided that they wear a muzzle and are kept on a leash.

In the event that the animal soils the vehicle or causes any damage or disturbance, provision is made that it is removed and the journey disrupted, without any right to refund on the purchased ticket. Transport can also be denied when the bus is too crowded.
