Suggestions and comments

To ensure greater customer satisfaction, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please send us your suggestions and comments by completing the REPORTING FORM.

Request invoice

If for accounting reasons you need an invoice certifying the purchase of a weekly/monthly ticket, you can submit your request by completing the appropriate REQUEST INVOICE form.

Request refund

If you are unable to travel due to a legitimate impediment or to a gross negligence by the Company, you can request a refund on your ticket by completing the REFUND FORM. .
