Folklore and religious traditions

Misilmeri boasts a lively cultural and folk tradition. Typical of the Easter period are the festivals taking place during the Easter Triduum.

In the Dimostranza of S. Giusto, more than one hundred characters are involved in the representation of the saint’s life. During the procession, you can witness a real historical and cultural revisiting of the period in which the patron saint of the town lived.
